The following is a list of the California peaks above 4000 meters that also rise at least 300 feet above all saddles connecting them to higher peaks (i.e., the 4000-meter peaks with at least 300 feet of prominence). The 4000-Meter Peaks (4000’ers, 4000ers, 4K’ers 4Kers) is a subset of the 147 California Thirteeners. Please see the VRMC California Thirteeners page for more information on the methodology used to compile this and other VRMC peak lists.
